[2026-06-27]

Affiliate payouts are now counted as a business expense in the Reports. Whenever you pay an affiliate — either automatically via the Pay button or manually by marking commissions as paid — that money is automatically added to your reports as an expense under a new "Affiliate payouts" line. Your Net profit and margin now reflect what the referral program actually costs to run, no manual bookkeeping needed.
Mark commissions as paid manually. In Affiliates → Commissions you can now flip an approved commission to Paid when you settle the affiliate offline (bank transfer, cash, etc.) — per row, or by ticking the checkboxes and using the Mark paid header button for bulk. Each settlement records a manual entry under Payout history so the books stay balanced.
Login as affiliate. Open an affiliate in the management drawer — a new Login as affiliate button opens that affiliate's dashboard in a new tab as if you were signed in as them. A purple "Viewing as …" banner with a Stop button rides the top of the impersonated tab; your admin session stays untouched on the original tab. Sits next to a View landing button for previewing their branded referral page.
PIN is visible in the affiliate drawer. Phone and the affiliate's sign-in PIN now both show in the management drawer so you can re-share them with the affiliate when they ask. Existing affiliates from before today won't have their PIN displayed (it wasn't kept on record); new signups going forward will.

When a customer arrives from an affiliate's branded page, your sign-up and sign-in pages now carry that affiliate's business name and logo as the brand — so the whole journey still feels like the affiliate's own business. Visitors who come in directly still see your normal ServicePro branding.
Fixed the "My account" public link, which was leading to a "page not found" — customers who open it without being signed in now land on the sign-in page as expected.
The public landing page now shows its background image again (it was missing).
Added a Back to Settings link at the top of the Affiliate program screen so you can get back without using the menu.
Gave the affiliate sign-up / sign-in page a polished new look — a warm card with clean tabs for "Become an affiliate" and "Sign in", roomy fields and a bold button — matching the rest of your customer-facing pages, in your own colours.
Your affiliate-program admin pages — Overview, Manage affiliates, Commissions, Payout history and Settings — now live at /affiliatestrack (the Affiliates tab and the Settings button both point there). They look and work exactly as before; only the address changed.
The affiliate sign-up page now lives at a tidier, on-brand address (/affiliatestrack instead of /partners) and looks exactly as before — same indigo design, hero, and dashboard. All the links under Settings → Public links and the affiliate sign-up link point to the new address automatically; bookmark the new one if you'd saved the old.

Internal

Moved the affiliate ADMIN pages (desktop + mobile) into the AffiliatesTrack engine. They render once, inside ServicePro's own admin chrome, so they stay pixel-identical while the markup lives in one place for every app. Removed the six per-app affiliate views and their routes; the Affiliates nav item + Settings button now point to /affiliatestrack.
Relocated the public affiliate portal into the AffiliatesTrack engine as a shared, themable page so future fixes land in every app at once. ServicePro reskins it via a new affiliate-theme.css to keep its current look pixel-for-pixel.

ServicePro is now part of the Plus plan — no more per-invoice platform fee. You keep 100% of what your customers pay; the old "platform fee" / "our share of each paid invoice" lines are gone from Settings and Reports.
The built-in affiliate program now needs the Premium plan to switch on. On the affiliate Settings page, if your plan doesn't include it you'll see a clear "requires Premium" note with a one-tap Upgrade button that takes you to upgrade and brings you right back. Affiliates you've already set up keep their commissions; the program simply pauses if a plan lapses and resumes when you upgrade again.
Customers who came in through an affiliate now show a clear tag on their profile and in the customers list, so staff know to price to cover the commission. It's smart about it: an amber Affiliate referral badge with a reminder of the rate when the affiliate is still earning on that customer, and a quieter, grey Affiliate (ended) badge (with "price as normal") when no further commission is due — e.g. the affiliate is suspended or it was a one-time payout that's already been paid.
Every shareable link — the affiliate sign-up link and each link under Settings → Public links — now has a View button (opens the page) alongside Share and Copy.
On the affiliate Settings page, the Commission and Payouts sections start collapsed, so the page opens tidy and you expand just what you need.
The affiliate landing screen is now just a clean menu — no clutter up top. The on/off switch and the sign-up link moved into Settings (right at the top, before the payout options), and the totals now live on their own Overview page. So when you open Affiliates you go straight to the cards: Overview, Manage affiliates, Commissions, Payout history, Settings.
The affiliate program's main screen is now a clean hub — turn the program on or off (it saves the moment you flip it, no extra Save needed), see your totals at a glance, and share your sign-up link. Everything else lives on its own page you tap through to: Manage affiliates, Commissions, Payout history and a new Settings page (commission rate, where the referral link sends people, and payouts), each with a Back button.
Sharing links is friendlier everywhere. The affiliate sign-up link and every link under Settings → Public links now have a Share and a Copy button (Share opens your phone's share sheet) instead of a long web address you had to select by hand — each link gets a clear name and a one-line description.
Your affiliate program now has a proper home: a new Affiliates page you can open straight from the menu (in the sidebar on desktop, and under "Menu" on mobile), as well as from Settings. The main screen is just set-up and totals; Affiliates, Commissions and Payout history each get their own dedicated page (with a Back button) so big lists never get cramped.
Cleaner set-up: commission style, where the referral link sends people, payout timing and payout method are now tappable cards instead of fiddly dropdowns. Payouts default to Paystack (switch to Stripe per app), and "when affiliates get paid" reads plainly — Manual, or Automatic daily/weekly/monthly.
Rebuilt the whole thing to feel native on mobile — the same cards, lists and bottom-sheets as the rest of the app — while the desktop keeps its full tables. Money everywhere shows in your own currency.
Tap any recent invoice on the dashboard to jump straight to it (desktop and mobile).
On an invoice, the customer's name is now a link to their profile, and tapping any payment opens a quick detail card (amount, method, source, reference and time).
The Activity feed now shows friendly icons and plain-English labels for every kind of event — invoices, payments, customers, services, locations and settings — and tapping a row opens a detail card with who did it and when.
Issuing a customer PIN now clearly shows the customer's name with their new PIN, and the edit form spells out that leaving the PIN blank keeps the current one.
New invoice: the customer picker and "New customer" button are now one neat control, each service line clearly labels its Price and Quantity boxes, and the remove button on custom lines is a small tidy icon that stays inside the line.
New invoice "Save & send": if the chosen customer has no email on file, you now get a clear prompt to add one and send, or save the invoice as a draft instead — drafts are never blocked.

Built the full ServicePro interface — dashboard, invoices list with status tabs, the new-invoice builder, the invoice detail page with one-tap payment recording and share links, the services price list, customer profiles, reports, expenses, settings, and the public customer portal — on both desktop and mobile.
Customers can now open a private invoice link to view the bill and pay it online by card (Paystack or Stripe), with the balance updating the moment payment clears.
Refreshed the public landing, sign-in and sign-up pages to ServicePro's indigo look.

Internal

Replaced the leftover power-bank views inherited from the clone with the invoicing screens; relabelled the activity feed and nav to the invoicing domain.

ServicePro launches — a simple invoicing CRM for any small service business. List your services with prices, keep your customers in one place, and raise a clean invoice in seconds.
Invoices — build an invoice from your service catalogue (or add custom lines), set a due date, add a discount, and save as a draft or send it straight away. Each invoice gets a private share link customers can open and pay.
Get paid your way — record cash and bank-transfer payments yourself, or let customers pay by card online (connect your own Paystack or Stripe keys in Settings). An invoice marks itself paid automatically once it's fully covered.
Services catalogue — keep a tidy price list, grouped into categories, that powers one-tap invoicing.
Customers — add customers with an optional phone + PIN so they can sign in to a private portal, view their invoices and pay online.
Staff & locations — add staff with their own phone + PIN sign-in, and run more than one location, each with its own services, customers and staff.
Expenses & reports — log expenses and see your real profit each week: money in, money out, what's left, plus top customers and how people paid.
Push & SMS notifications — get a ping when an invoice is raised or paid, and notify customers automatically.
Affiliate program — turn on a built-in referral program: partners get a share link, earn commission on the invoices their referrals pay, and get paid out automatically to their bank (Paystack) or Stripe.
Free to use — no monthly fee. The platform keeps a small share of each invoice you actually get paid for (a higher share on affiliate-referred sales).
